1. General information
RefDock is a digital software product distributed through a license key. A 2 month free trial is available, allowing users to fully test the software before making a purchase.
By purchasing RefDock, you obtain a license to access and use the full version of the software under the terms described on this website.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.
Payment must be completed in full before a license key is issued and full access is granted.
3. License and ownership
Upon purchase, you receive a license key that unlocks the full version of RefDock.
- The software is sold as a one time purchase
- You receive permanent access to your licensed copy
- Each key is valid for one user/license, unless purchased as part of a bundle
- The license grants usage rights only and does not include redistribution, resale, or sublicensing rights
RefDock is not a subscription service, and access will not be revoked once purchased.
4. Free trial
RefDock includes a 2 month free trial, giving users full access to evaluate the software before committing to a purchase.
We strongly recommend using this trial period to ensure the product fits your needs.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, users generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, by purchasing RefDock and activating the license key, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once activation has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
6. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital software and the availability of a free trial, refunds are generally not provided once a license key has been issued and activated.
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered
- The license key is invalid and cannot be resolved
- A critical technical issue prevents the software from functioning as described
Refund requests must include sufficient detail and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Updates and optional cloud services
Your purchase includes access to all future updates and bug fixes at no additional cost, for as long as the product is maintained.
RefDock is designed to function fully without cloud services.
In the future, optional cloud features may be introduced to extend functionality. These services:
- Are completely optional
- Are not required for the software to function
- May be offered under separate pricing or subscription plans
- Are only activated if explicitly chosen by the user
